This is a very special piece. Not only is it one of the most aesthetically perfect pieces we have ever seen in the gallery, but it also has a strong Historical pedigree.
This piece was made by an artist who spent most of their life in an Igloo and tent.
The argillite stone is palid. A unique colour, green that we do not see today. Argelite is normally a darker green.
The overall demeanour of this fisherman is peaceful and friendly. The energy behind this piece is soothing.
It is currently our favourite piece in the gallery.
